Samuel “Sammy” Frost

Sammy Frost born on the rough streets of Gloomport, with few options, worked his way up into the Morello crime family as a low level enforcer. Until he was blamed for the death of the Boss’ son. Which resulted in him being riddled with bullets and packed into a barrel of toxic sludge but instead of that being the end he later woke up on the banks of the East River, forever changed, with a new mission to make those responsible pay.
